Title: Yoga

My wife is getting me into Yoga. We try to follow a YouTube video featuring a woman whom I call Captain Flexible. I am now on Grade 2 of the lowest levels of UHI (Ungainly Hippopotamus Impressions).

I've bought a Yoga book.  Does that count or do I have to do the exercises as well?

I like that ad on TV where a guy talks about the benefits of doing yoga at home---you don't have to pay for classes and you don't have to do the exercises.
My wife, a long time yoga enthusiast, doesn't find it as amusing as I do.

I dare say some kind of physical commitment is also needed.

I am proud to say that after just a few days, I have progressed to the next badge: "Ungainly Hippopotamus with a Barely Detectable Smidgen of Style".
