Bit of info please

Hello fellow peeps! My name is Tony Barker and I used to live in a small village in the Highlands of Scotland called Newtonmore. Now I cant remember if it was Roger or Andrew that lived there, but they drew a cartoon stip of Beau for my father (John Barker) now dececsed, quite a few years ago now when he used to work in Kingussie.  Just want to know if it was Roger or Andrew and if they remember doing it.  Thanks in advance.

All depends where you think "this" Newtonmore is  :D , btw is there something else underneath your post, because if there is I cant see it lol (at work and the comp is a bit crap) ;D

Tony, I'm from Dalwhinnie, ten miles down the road from you in Newtonmore. Regulars on here know that my memory is not the best so I'm afraid I can't place your Dad. I used to play football for Kingussie and socialised there a lot but we're going back over 30 years. Where did your Dad work?

Ad Hutchison the plumbers opposite the chippy :D or before that the Craig Mhor Hotel in Newtonmore (before they turned it into flats  :-\)

There's nothing under the picture in my post, other than a small signature that mentions "Mince". (It's not the Scottish meaning of the word, as in "rubbish"; it refers to the bloke who's the caretaker on here). Mind you, on second thoughts...

Having spent the past 2 hours glued to the screen reading all the posts I can honestly say its the most hilarious forum I have ever been on. My sides are so sore from laughing that I have hardly done a seconds work in the time.(good job I work for sky so working dont come into it much) I think Roger could make a whole new strip called "Peep and Mince" !!! :D ;D
