Just spent the weekend in a place called Dunoon, the home of Simon Cowal, apparently.

What can I say? It's hero worship...

The cinema in Dunoon seats about 8 and probably doubles as someone's front room. It's the only picturehouse that I've been in where anyone leaving for the loo, or to nip across the road to Morrison's for sweeties, is heralded by a screen-obscuring shaft of light from the foyer.
