Title: Mushrooms

I was thinking about your question, Roger. Although I normally do just wipe mushrooms, I sometimes peel them if they're the larger "field" type. I was concerned that I hadn't given a totally honest answer previously, and it was troubling me.

Thank you for fessing up Peepmaster - it has bothered me that a good Scotsman would only wipe the dirt off his mushrooms.
