Actually, that was part of the agreement (well, it was after I changed the agreement), but have I been sent a Beau Peep mug? Not even the cracked, used one they said I could have.

Best thing to do is to just wait and see if the aggrieved just lets the subject go. Any further communication would inevitably cause greater frustration, as would pictures. ;D
