When did mediocre, famous-for-fifteen-minutes celebrities start becoming "icons"? When did something like a bog standard pop band/TV show/TV advert/poster/footballer become "iconic"?
I hate people who use the word "icon".

If someone is being famous during unsocial hours, dont they just need to be famous for 10mins since it'll be at time and a half ?? :-\
