Good morning.
Thank you for your enquiry.

Hello Mince,

Good morning. Thank you for your fast reply.

Would you please advise following questions?
1. You want one mold only and don't want us to make the action figure, right?
2. Would you please provide clear size for help?

Jenny, I am sure if you visit www.cameldung.co.uk (http://www.cameldung.co.uk) and read through some of the posts, you will begin to understand what I am after.

Hello Mince,

Thanks for your fast reply.
But we really need to know what the length, width, height and thickness of the action figure you want?
We just cannot quote without a clear size...

More feedback would be much appreciated.

=================================

The figures should be kept at arm's length with the height of absurdity and the thickness of Dennis.

Do you also do 1:200 scale models of sand particles? We're going to need a desert.

Hello Mince,

Good morning, sorry for the late reply, but we just return to office due to the National Day.

As to below figure length, height and thickness mentioned, please offer clear size, for example, how many inchs or mm is the figure's length, height and thickness?

So is the sand particles, please offer clear inchs...

More feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks & Best Regards

================================================

Hi Jenny

When you did not reply, I should have realised you were celebrating your National Day and the Golden Week of holiday that goes with it. I hope you had the time to relax and perhaps visit relatives. I am a little embarrassed at not researching your culture more beforehand, especially since I am sure you researched the people at cameldung before sending your initial email to contact@cameldung.co.uk.

For the sand particles, if we use the Krumbein phi scale for medium sand (0.25mm to 0.5mm), and for simplicity opt for perfectly cubic particles, and at 1:200 scale, we're looking for sand particles with sides of 0.000049 inches. As for quantities, let's begin with an oasis and work up from there.

Thank you for asking "how many inches" regarding the Beau Peep figure, but seriously we don't need the figure to be that detailed. And I'm sure Roger wouldn't know the answer anyway: he doesn't even have a proper layout for the fort, so asking for this kind of detail is just going to result in disappointment, and by that I'm not referring to 'how many inches'. Having said that, Doris has spent years trying to win him back, so perhaps the figure might not be so disappointing after all. And that brings up another point. If you do a figure for Doris, it has to be always out-of-view, heard but not seen, so your 'clear size' might be just what we are looking for.

As for thickness, I'm sure you have two short planks lying around to use as a reference. If not, perhaps a re-evaluation of your understanding of our emails might offer some insight.

Mince

"The Krumbein phi scale"? I Googled that. It's an actual thing. You're a proper b@st@rd, Mincey - you know that. You've probably ruined her Golden Week.

Shame on me for laughing...  :-[

Hello Mince,

Good morning.
Thanks for below reply.

But we feel confused about the sand particles, would you mind answering our questions?
You want us to make one oasis with  the Krumbein phi scale for medium sand (0.25mm to 0.5mm), the sands are perfectly cubic particles and the sand particle sides are 0.000049 inches, right?
Would you please provide a sketch to show the whole shape of sand particles? Thank you.

More feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi Jenny

At the moment we are celebrating our own National Day, which involves searching for bicycles suitable for Dennis and then dismantling them so that each part can be wrapped in brown paper and posted to "Dennis, c/o The Foreign Legion, The Desert". In the meantime, can you provide several sketches for perfectly cubic particles for us to choose from?

Dear Mince,

Thanks for your fast reply.
But I'm so sorry that we cannot offer the perfectly cubic particles for you since we are just plastic injection mold manufacturer, we're really sorry for this, maybe you need to find the professional factory to help you out.
How about the action figure? Do you want us make something like the attached?

========================================

Dear Sir

Thank you for your email advertising your Self-Balancing Smart Scooters, which you sent to contact@cameldung.co.uk. I was wondering whether you made self-balancing bicycles for cartoon characters, since Dennis from the Beau Peep strips has always wanted a bicycle for Christmas.
Title: Re: Registration

Hi Mince,

Good day!

Thanks for your email, pls kindly find our full offer list for the smart scooters as  attached, we regret that there's no cartoon version available for the moment, however, there are some models for kids, see below:

Any questions, just let me know.

Kind regards,

Nick

========================================

Hi Nick

Thanks for the photos of the scooters, but I don't believe a purely fictional character like Dennis is going to have much use for them. But I am sure, given that you sent an email to what is basically a forum of fans of Beau Peep, you knew there would be several Beau Peep characters who might be in need of a cartoon scooter. They're not difficult to draw: just ask Andrew. And you would be making Dennis' Christmas if you could fulfil this wish. So if you could perhaps extend your range to include hand-drawn black-and-white scooters, Dennis would be very appreciative.

Mince
Title: Re: Registration
Post by: Mince on November 12, 2015, 09:54:56 AM
Thanks for your suggestions, dear Mince.

We'll consider that soon.

Kind regards,

Nick

==================================

Are you likely to add hand-drawn scooters to your range before Christmas? It's just that Dennis has gone for years wanting a bicycle for Christmas, and if Andrew has to draw yet another disappointed face for Dennis, I'm not sure his fans would be able to cope. Surely you can make an exception in this case?

Mince

Hi Mince,

Thanks for your quick reply, however, to develop a new item, it takes a lot of money and time, we're very busy with the production for the moment, I'm sure we'll have more attention on this at a later stage.

Kind regards,

Nick

===============================

Hi Nick

I know what it's like to be busy. Not a day goes past that I am not extremely busy sending ridiculous replies to unsolicited advertising emails sent to the registration email of our notice board.

Perhaps we can have a whip-round here for Dennis to persuade Andrew to finally draw the bike Dennis has yearned for for so many years. To help in this, do you want to buy an exclusive Beau Peep mug?

Good day!

Thanks for your email, yes, this SUV version scooter is with LED lights, however, no flash LED light around the tyre.

Any other questions, just let me know.

=================================================

That's excellent. After our last communications, I did think you had given up with us, but now that you have sent a second email to contact@cameldung.co.uk, I again live in hope that Dennis will get his bicycle. Are your LED lights real or cartoon?

Thanks, Mince

The LED is real, see below: [Picture included in email]

Oh, that looks great. Dennis would really like one of those if only he was actually a real person and not a cartoon. I would like to order 100 of those, but first I would need to sell enough Beau Peep mugs to cover the cost. Would you like to buy a Beau Peep mug?
