How do we add a poll?

I want to try and involve the lurkers, and get to know the consensus of thoughts on topical, controversial, or sensitive matters.

If I put "Mince smells of...." I'd like to have various options for people to select. Pooh, Creosote, Tweed Lentheric for Women, and Halibut are a few ideas, but some more would be good.

Please bear in mind I misread the question. I thought it said "How Do I Add A Pole?" and thought it was one of those spam posts.
