Tips for using this board

TIP 1: view post after postingAfter you make a post, the board takes you back to the forum list of topics, not to the post you just made. If you want to change this behaviour, click on PROFILE, and then click on Look and Layout Preferences (in Modify Profile), and then check the box that says Return to topics after posting by default.

TIP 2: hide your email addressIf you do not want others to see your email address, click on PROFILE, and then click on Account Related Settings (in Modify Profile), and then check the box that says Hide email address from public?.

TIP 3: who is doing whatAt the bottom of the main page, in the section entitled Users Online, there is a link that says something like 0 Guests, 3 Users. If you click on this, you are taken to a page that tells you who is online and what they are doing. Sadly, it only tells you what they are doing on the board, not anything else.

TIP 4: unread postsIf you want a list of unread posts (posts made by others since you last visited the board), you can click on Show unread posts since last visit. at the top of the page, or click on the icon.

TIP 5: logging in or not logging inThe Beau Peep icon and the new icon tell you whether there are new posts only if you are logged in. The board needs to know who you are in order to work out which posts are new for you.

You can now also post without logging in. Actually, you can't: that was a lie.
