Okay, my wife and I are members of several banks, and although the TSB has some of our money, we're fine.
But it's impossible to transfer money because their "Enter Password" box won't allow more than 15 characters, and our password is 20 characters. We can log in with the password, but we cannot use the password thereafter to do anything.
I have never encountered such a waste-of-space bank in my life.
