are all the chickens in American and Canada white?

No. Although we have very strong integration policies in America, it does often appear  that most of our chickens are white.

It's all about the breed in vogue in whichever country.
A very popular American breed is the white Leghorn

Whereas in the UK, the breeds are brown.
