I apologise, in advance.

That was a fabulous Bob Newhart sketch. I've always loved his delivery. One of the first LPs I ever bought was a collection of his stuff, such as Driving Instructor, and Introducing Tobacco to Civilisation.

Nostalgia is not what it used to be. 😟

"Exactly how fast were going when your previous driving instructor jumped from the car?"

"The door to my office has always been open. I think you know why it's always been open. That's gone. I want that back."

"If the plane is going to crash, you will know immediately because the co-pilot starts to run up and down the aisle shouting 'We're going to crash!' In fact, sometimes it's difficult to make out what he's screaming - at least, it has been in the past."

Thank God you're back, Peeps. Perhaps now we'll get some proper grammar on Mince's posts.

I've been viewing from afar, but keeping quiet. I've rolled my eyes on more than one occasion at the contributions of Mince, however.

You can't have a go at me for something that Mr Newhart said.

Truth be told - preparation is key....

I apologise, in advance.
