Did any one know Ron Nobby Clark a cartoonist who wrote for the Buster who has just died.

I worked for Buster for a few years in the mid-80's, but I don't recall the name, I'm afraid. Looks like he'd left the in the 70's, judging by his obituary.

First of all, can I say I'm not trying to be disrespectful or facetious, but "Nobby" as a name  or nickname went out of fashion in the fifties.

Nobby Stiles is the only other "Nobby" I've ever heard of, and he was my father's generation.

He would have been 67 this May if he had lived, which he has done.
