Buttered Button Brussels Sprouts
A simple, but easy vegetarian option for those who would like to do other things than cooking elaborate, expensive and time consuming meals. They are extremely versatile, and make delicious starters, main courses, and a nice savoury twist to a sweet. Blended, they make a wonderful soup, which can also double for a gravy, or a sauce, to pour over the unblended sprouts. They are very filling, but too many may cause a slight discomfort within the bowels.
