I believe that any student who gets to the age of fifteen and does not know what "treachery" is, or a "scythe", or "peat" should be shot.
And any student, after having it explained to them that a perch is somewhere a bird sits, who then proceeds to celebrate their ignorance of the word by saying "perch, perch, perch" as though it's "cheep, cheep, cheep", should be roasted alive.
