Many thanks everyone!  I just got back from a very enjoyable few days in London - loads of great food and the odd drink.
If anyone goes up there in the next few months, I'd urge you to see '12 Angry Men' at the Garrick Theatre.  Maybe a bit plebbish to say, but I didn't think it quite as good as the film (1957, with Henry Fonda, and, er, 11 others) but still worth a look.
