More Changes to the Board

I have changed two things and I thought I ought to point them out. Firstly, where it says "Notice" in "Beau Peep Notice Board", I have placed a flashing "N" behind the normal "N". Also, I have slightly darkened one of the pixels in Roger's avatar. I hope neither of these detract from the usual excitement experienced by members of the board.

It's a trial run. I might, given the overwhelming response, place flashing letters behind the whole title. Who wants to pick the colour?

Alabama Crimson. I have gone to the trouble of looking up the names of colours and that sounded rather appealing.
