Can i use courgettes in place of zucchini?  Is the sauce the same as Mango chutney or is there a curried version?

They look great Diane, but my courgettes (zucchini) are about one and a half inches long at the moment so the rounds be very teeny tiny...and there are only two them...

You could use a tin of pizza sauce if you can't find mango curry sauce

My plants are still in the leaf stage - thank goodness for shops that sell food.

I have done some using pizza sauce and some using a jar of mango curry sauce - both are nice.
