Here's my new cryptic crossword clue. It's easy, but I'm proud of it.

Mince:
Scottish star trek log tree (5, 6) = Roger Kettle (Scottish star | trek log tree [anagram])

Damn! I was almost there with Grettor Leek.

Roger Kettle:
There should be something in the clue to indicate that there's an anagram involved. The clue itself makes no sense and I'm not a star. Apart from that, it's brilliant!
