Happy St. Patrick's Day
« on: March 17, 2022, 12:45:40 AM »
Top of the morning to all Peepsters!

Will you be doing anything special?

I will include cabbage with supper but no idea what it will be as yet.

I may say Diddly De a few times but that is not certain either.

People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

I can't say it's a day that registers with me, Diane. I have a friend who happened to be in Boston when St Patrick's Day came round and he described the chaos as "Hogmanay times ten."
I might go to Boston next year.

I went to see 'Belfast' at the cinema last night, if that counts? Excellent fillum - the only complaint was that it was way too short.

Other than that....

I apologise, in advance.

Belfast is on my list of movies to watch.

My niece did a lot of research on our family tree so now I feel I need to put a bit more effort in on St. Paddy's - my paternal grandmother was from County Mayo
