The first half of the game was a literal snore fest as hubby decided to watch his first soccer game because my oldest drove over to watch with me. Promptly fell asleep LOL
Glad things turned out as they did because Spain is a zippy, class act, and that the game wasn't decided by penalties. Such a lot of action if few goals resulted from it. I think Argentina were slightly better behaved but still favoured by the refs. Thanks go to both teams for entertaining about half the population of the globe
My daughter also showed up for the second half of the game - it is too bad they didn't all watch yesterday bronze match instead for their first games.
