I thought "panties" sounded less rude. Anyway, I have to keep my collection somewhere.

Keep this in mind
Nottingham is famous for its laces
It even has a Lace Market
Could add to the collection
Kids get collections handed down from their  Mothers
Especially knickers
Rough on boys
Still never mind Peeps.

Don't remember a character called Knickers. Was he anything to do with the Privates?

Nottingham is famous for lace, Peter. Not laces, as in bits of string to keep your shoes (or even trainers) on your feet; or your stays tied tightly enough to keep your hour-glass figure.

Roger's got an hour-glass figure.

Hang on, maybe it was a beer-glass figure.

I thought the Plural of lace was laces
Its not Lice or Leeses.
Oh the foibles of the English language.

Erratic muse ignored McGook's
Impending hunt for catchy hooks
Even Old McDonald's glad refrain
Inscribed forever in my brain...
Oh..er.. remind me what it was again?
