Horace's White Outfit

I notice that Horace always has a spotlessly white outfit on. There must be a good dry-cleaners in his town. (As it's a hand-drawn cartoon, perhaps its "Sketch-leys". Ha ha ha ha ha ha guffaw)
What is the name of the town by the way?

I bet it ends in "Gulch", as in "Dry Gulch" or "Dead Man's Gulch".
