This one is from August '83 and is by Noel Ford who, I think, was the other Editorial Cartoonist on the Star, alongside Bill Caldwell.
It relates to a Guinness advert which perported to show 'Sunny Skegness' but was actually filmed on the beach in Weymouth. A top executive from Guinness had to go Weymouth to apologise to the tourism people...
