Kettle Komputer Kaput.

The laptop has gone berserk and will be hospitalised. I'm on a borrowed one at the moment so things may be quiet for a while, although I will try to check in when possible. Be good.

Okay, the laptop is back but I'm still on another computer as I don't know how to re-start the thing and my son's gone out! Apparently, something called the "hard drive" was replaced. I have no idea how to get back to my original settings or, indeed, home page. Give me another day.

Roger, the hard drive keeps all the data, such as EVERYTHING you ever wrote on the laptop and all the web pages you visited. I hope you trusted whomever mended it.

I dunno Peepmaster - maybe that is the only reason they got into computer mending in the first place - nosy, pizza eating little buggers!
