I think that site www.mail2web.com was playing-up last night, Roger. I went to it and had the same difficulties you described. Seems to be working fine now. It's a good one to keep in mind, especially when using another computer.

Go to CONTROL PANEL, REGIONAL and LANGUAGE OPTIONS and change the Keyboard Layout to UK.
