The clapping fairy
« on: February 08, 2007, 09:47:03 PM »
Like how angels get their wings when bells tinkle, I do my bit to pull unfortunate negatively esteemed buggers out of the hole by clapping ? I think of myself as the clapping fairy. :-*

And good grief what is this with my 13 points ? you bunch of scallywags mocking me. :o

People will come from strange lands to hear me speak my words of wisdom. They will ask me the secret of life and I will tell them. Then maybe I'll finish off with a song. The Nomad

Like Elizabeth, I hadn't even noticed this "esteem" thing. I also know nothing about "quote", "modify" or "split topic". I have never used any of those smiley face things. I have no idea how to post a photo or a video. If you gave me a hundred pounds, I couldn't link you to another site.
I'd like to think I'm the most inept person ever to have his own website.
Thank you.

I hate to burst your bubble, Roger, but there are people out there who don't even know they have their own website.

However, for that hundred pounds, I could teach you how to be 80% less inept in less than 20 minutes.

Just say the word.

Diane, you got at least 7 of them from me, and not one of them was mocking.
I apologise, in advance.

What is this "clapping" of which you speak?

Where do I click to applaud?

Where do I click to throw things at people?

Jack, you need to have made at least 10 posts to do that.

I wouldn't get too excited if I were you, Jack. Then again, if I were you, I probably wouldn't have an esteem rating of approximately minus 65,500.
I apologise, in advance.

Sadly TT the III, the powers of the clapping fairy are usless to get you out of the hole, when there is an an abuse of power in dark places.

You're toying with me now.

Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry...
I apologise, in advance.

Tarquin Thunderthighs: physician; scientist; searching for a way to tap into the hidden esteem that all humans have. Then an accidental overdose of admin abuse alters his popularity. And now, when Tarquin Thunderthighs grows victimised or ignored, a startling metamorphosis occurs, and his esteem goes off the scale. Driven by delusional self-confidence and pursued by an unmerciful bunch of board members, Tarquin is wanted for a post he didn't make. Tarquin is believed to be stupid, and he must let the world think that he is stupid, until he can find a way to control the raging popularity that dwells within him.

Tarquin, you've got some power.

To have your approbation fluctuate haphazardly, whilst dissipating with criticism dexterously, you comprehensively justify a constructive esteem summary.

Which I see you have.

Well done!

Or perhaps the fairy dust I sprinkled on my keyboard had more power over the forces of darkness than I at first realized. ;D
