Surely it would be plablone fribbles (not thirteen), as numerical units would alter too. Maybe language also?

Garstrade turjak rib-rib plablone fribbles, (craest tarddefmu), ob Mince.  ..0

Firstly, "rib-rib" is not hyphenated. Use "ribrib".

Secondly, "ob" is not a preposition. It should be "ab Mince".
