I wonder if Mince will be having tea sometime this weekend?

Is anyone here, seeing as they're cartoon enthusiasts, going to be invited to our Ludlow jam-making session, Tarks? (Wink wink).

Do you think they've been well-behaved enough, Peepsie?

Hmm - good point. I hadn't thought of that...

I'm not going to make it but it sounds as though a pretty spectacular night is in store. Have you boys decided on a duet yet?

We're not sharing a duvet 'cos we've booked separate rooms. Anyway, Travelodge supply them as standard.

But I thought we could do this....

Roger, I'm hugely disappointed you won't be there. We'll need a note from a parent or guardian.

I'll spill the beans.... A large number of cartoonists are descending on a small town in England sometime in February. As if that's not bad enough, they are bringing guitars, keyboards, drums and, basically, anything that makes a noise. A hall has been booked, complete with stage and spotlights and the local pubs have been warned. A mammoth drinking/jam session is planned. Peeps and Tarks are both going to sing. It's the women I feel sorry for. Lucy...Sam...may God be with you both.

Good choice for the duet, Tarks, but I had really pictured the two of you doing Dean Friedman's "Lucky Stars". Could somebody post it here so that I can see if it's as cheesy as I remember?

Here you are, Roger.
This is so uncanny. You like so many of my favourite songs! I found a DF website a while back that was giving these downloads away free.

Uncanny indeed - Dean Friedman is one of my all-time favourites. It said so in the Dandy, so it must be true.

Have you worked out who's doing which part?
