Title: Cat-kicking.
Post by: Roger Kettle on January 28, 2009, 10:42:05 PM
Dundee United have just lost on penalties to Celtic in the semi-final of the Scottish League Cup. The heading of this topic needs no further explanation. Excuse me---I have work to do.

Just make sure you only kick the cats that supported Celtic - otherwise that would be petty.

When discussing it with a friend, we agreed that Dundee United's first 5 kicks were the equal of those taken by Germany at Euro 96 against England - which, to my mind, was the most perfect display of penalty taking ever witnessed in competition. It's not much of a consolation Roger, but I offer it anyway.

What did strike me as odd was that in 12 penalties, I cant remember Zaluska diving to his left once. One for the conspiracy theorists there....
