Title: Vindscreen Vipers

Malky McCormick, the only other pro cartoonist I know from Ayrshire (he lived in Fenwick near Kilmarnock) used to play in a skiffle band called the Vindscreen Vipers. I was lucky enough to see them a few times in Irvine, and though Malky isn't in this clip, it gives a good idea of what the band was like. Imagine them a little bit drunker and with Malky drawing his characters on huge pieces of paper around the walls whilst they played (then raffling them afterwards).

Malc, thanks a lot for this---I really enjoyed it and will let Malky know about it. I wrote a long answer to this earlier, but my computer's playing up a bit and it cut out just as I pressed "reply". In brief, Malky is getting through some still difficult times but is in his usual fine form.
