Title: Question for Cartoonists
Post by: Mince on March 13, 2009, 08:20:22 AM
What's the easiest way of turning a photo into a line-art cartoon, other than printing it out, tracing it, scanning it back in and then colouring in with black?

Do a search for Define-trace. I'm pretty sure it's shareware, but PC only.
