Well, not in the true sense of the word, but I just became a member of the NSW Rural Fire Service (volunteer catering division), which means I'll be helping feed the fireys when there's an incident (bushfires, etc) or they're doing hazard reduction, training, etc. I do have to do a fire fighting course and I get a uniform! There may be photos - I'll decide when I get it and put it on. :D

Very wise, Joan!

I love a girl in uniform. Those fireys do a fantastic job, often putting their lives on the line, they deserve to be looked after.

Couldn't agree more, Malc. About the fireys, that is. My friend's been doing it for a few years. As she said, I don't know why she didn't get me up there earlier.

Good for you Joan!
-
Jello would be good to make for the firefighters.
-
I'd join just for that. ;D
