It's 10.55 p.m. and I'm about halfway through a Beatles night on BBC 2. They were SOOO good.

Yes, they were. It was odd seeing them in their hippy stage: I'd forgotten all about that.

When I had the band, we used to do a Beatles medley. It was always the most popular part of the night.

Apart from when we stopped, that is.
