What is the code that you put into the text field when you want some text to pop up when you put the cursor over said text?

I remember it from the DDDDDD days...
You type open square bracket [ no space acronym no space equals sign = no space what you want in the box no space close square bracket ] . Just use the bits in blue, if that makes sense... :-\
Someone had us all doing this with Roger's name a while back.
