Title: Andrew's artwork?

While trawling t'internet the other day, I found these front and back covers of a 'Sparky' comic from 1975. I reckon the lettering is unmistakably Andrew's, but I'm not so sure about the artwork. What do you think?

Yep, looks like Andrew's early style to me, Rob.
