Title: Pancake Tuesday

Did you remember to have pancakes for supper?

I tell ya, these holidays are coming around way to fast for me - just got my Valentine's stuff put away in a box ready to put away and here we have yet another holiday. (In between Valentines last Tuesday and Pancake day this Tuesday we also had "Family Day" in Alberta yesterday.)

I do like those thin crepe pancakes with the lemon juice though - making some tonight.  :)

Me too!  Forgot about them yesterday and as my daughter is here for a meal with me tonight, I thought I would make some and pretend she's still at primary school.
