I got an email today---the 18th of October---from "Dentalplus", helpfully reminding me that I had a dental appointment on the 6th of September and that, if I can't make it, to let the practice know as soon as possible.

Maybe it's a time travel type of thing. If it was an awful appointment, I would cancel if I were you.

Charge them for an appointment you didn't get a chance to miss.
