I like mine sprinkled with white sugar and then drenched with lemon juice.  :P

Tonight we had thin pancakes. The wife chose the traditional way with sugar and lemon juice, the daughter had hers with golden syrup while I went for them covered in maple syrup. All were satisfied with my cooking.
