I have had the turkey in for 2 and a quarter hours already - but still waiting for my sons to get out of bed so we can get started on the pressies.

Ah the joy of lying on the couch. Stuffed full and still wondering what other tasty morsel I could cram in.

To be on the safe side, it is best to cook it 20 minutes more than you would think necessary.
