In a moment of irrational weakness I found myself emailing them.

You know when I accidentally called your favourite football team Dundee Thistle? I revealed my ignorance of all things football. Well, you just did the same here: you just betrayed your ignorance of Agents of SHIELD. How embarrassing for you! I don't envy you all the ribbing you'll get in the pub once everyone finds out.

And as a double whammy shocker, unlike you, I was just pretending. I know full well your team is called Dundee of the South.

And oddly, it's wrong to say, "She likeds my friend and I.", but it's okay to say, "She likes 'The King and I'."
