In the chaos of ASDA Christmas shopping was a riot of girls with makeup that included thick black lines across their eyes. What is this new trend of making yourself up to look half like a clown?

I love the idea that anyone here might even have a clue about latest trends, but I truly love the "riot of girls" as a collective name, may I contribute a "plook of boys"?
