Roll up, children! Roll up! Enroll in the programme Child Genius and have yourself tested by questions that require you to spend hours learning useless knowledge. And if you win, you get a trophy entitled Sad Child Twat of the Year that you can show off to your friends to demonstrate how truly obnoxious you are.

Next year, we have Humble Child of the Year, where enrolling for the programme results in instant disqualification.

I love the programme. It should be renamed "Thank the good Lord we have thick kids."

But how can you say the knowledge they have acquired is useless when it gets them national TV exposure? You'll be saying 'Big Brother' is pointless next.
