Title: Roger the Rebel
Post by: Mince on February 10, 2017, 06:50:27 PM
I heard once that Roger walked around IKEA in the opposite direction to the arrows. Does anyone have any similar stories about his rebellious ways?

Reminds me of a VERY old joke....
A bloke is stopped by police for driving the wrong way up a one-way street.
"Didn't you see the arrows?" the constable asks.
"I didn't even see the ******* Indians", came the reply.
Told you it was an old joke.

He also tells really old jokes. What anarchy!

Even more anarchic....I've never been in an Ikea store...or a McDonalds...or a Nando's...or any D.I.Y. store....or...this could take a while.

There you go: he's such a mythic mutineer that he became a legend for walking around IKEA in the opposite direction to the arrows without even bothering to go there.

Ikea is fantastic. I learned all my Swedish from there. Well, from there and from some dodgy 70's films for the *ahem* discerning viewer.

The things that I can ask for now, if I ever get to Sweden...amazing!
