Roger, are you going to bring a new Beau Peep Book out soon, or are you branching out into other areas first?

???
This is, simply, a bizarre mistake. I've no idea how this happened.
-
Yeah, right.
As I'm on a public library computer right now I don't want to click on any links which might look a little unsavoury to the passing public.
I once had my Blacknose strip hijacked by a loon who cut the strips from the paper, tip-pexed out the original punchlines and substituted his own, all of which were concerned with bestiality, foul language and various homosexual acts.
He then posted them on his website. His name was Kelly, something I found out quite easily, and was even able to pin his address down to within a few doors.
I sent him an email demanding he stop messing around with my strip, informing him that my own relatives (through marriage) were Kellys, and that they only lived a couple of miles from him.
He desisted immediately, but not before he complained about my apparent total lack of a sense of humour.

Just found another bit of Beau Peep merchandise:
www.superbrass.com/users/goodvibes/fabwatchescomic.htm
Scroll down to Item No WW-202
$59.99.... hope you've negotiated a good commision percentage Roger.
-
It's been taken from this website!

I see they're based in India.
-
Nice photoshop work there.
-
Not that good, Colin - a little touch of drop shadow below the watch hands would have been far more realistic. I'm saving up for one though.
-
I'm doing a bit of detective work here. I seem to remember that back in December, a certain person associated with this board began a thread with the very image used on this watch! (http://board.beaupeep.com/index.php?topic=489.0)
I put it to you, Mince, that you have been working with an Indian outfit, to profit from Roger's creations, behind his back!
-
I know nothing about this. How do you know they're based in India, Nige?
Oh, and well spotted, Rob!

I had a look at the first part of the website address, then clicked on the "Contact Us" link. Using my powers of detection, I spotted the tiny, but tell-tale clues.

Bugger! I've only sold two so far.
-
Did Rob buy them both?

Is there one of those wee smiley things who waves two fingers?
-
I'll have a look for you, Roger.
Hmm - I can only find a one-fingered version... (http://www.funwithmsn.com/msnsmileys/angry/fuck-off-1.gif)

Thanks, pal! Anyway, I'll probably let The Star know about this. It looks like this company is producing these watches without licence, although I doubt if they're making a fortune from the Beau Peep model.

Will Mince go to prison? :o

I forgot to add the "being a sarcastic bast..." smiley. ;D
-
Seems like we need a whole new batch of smilies, Mince.
(I wonder what Visiting Hours are.)
-
Never having met Mr. Mince, I'm trying to work out how he'll handle his time behind bars. I'm torn between the "pumping iron in the exercise yard" type and the "playing harmonica in the cell" type.
-
He'll be correcting the Governor's prisoner reports, more likely.
