He begs and begs: "Can I be an admin, Mincy?" (by email); "Please make me an admin. I've always wanted to be an admin." (by private message); "Gis a job as admin." (by letter bomb).

Then, when he gets made admin, he won't do anything.

You want to check your facts before you go hurling accusations around, Mince-mush. I changed the clock before I called it a night (morning) - it took me less time than it did for you to make the original post.
