Title: Registration
Post by: Astro on May 16, 2015, 06:37:39 PM
Astro will open registration again in the next few days. New members will be unable to post (or spam) the board without first putting themselves forward for basic vetting. This cannot happen without volunteers who are willing to click a button to allow them to post. If anyone wishes to volunteer, send a PM to Astro (http://www.cameldung.co.uk/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=339).

Astro has created a system of registration in which newly registered members must have themselves vetted before they can post. This new system stops spammers and peddlers of the illicit and vets everyone as genuine Beau Peep or Horace aficionados.

Registration is currently closed. Until registration is open, no new members can register.

Once registration is open, those who register will find they cannot post, but they will be able to see a new forum that tells them how to become vetted,. To be vetted, a new member must convince Astro (or whomever wishes to help) that they should be allowed to post.

Astro will not open registration until the wise ones of this board gather, debate and agree.

Registration is now open. Newcomers first have to verify their email and then get past the vetting process.
