Some months ago this first cropped up. Well today I thought of something.
Mince set things up on the website so that the Strips of the Week automatically changed every Sunday. Up until then, I'd been having to do it manually. So it's "Hats off to Mince". Thanks a lot for that.
-
Why am I suspicious about this?
-
Nothing to be suspicious about, Roger. I've been racking my brains for ages, and the thought just came to me today. Maybe we could let him have a mug at a small discount...?
-
Do I get a mug for every good deed?

Do I get a mug for every good deed?
We're already debating whether you get the grand total of one. Don't interrupt.

Can I "interrupt" if, unlike you, I can spell the word "interrupt" properly?
-
Dang. Just when you were this close to getting a mug Mince.

;D
-
No, Diane. You just knew a mug wasn't on the cards. ::) has been doing his utmost to get a mug for nearly two years now, but every time he gets this close....... I'm sure he has a death wish.
-
He could always try buying one, like I did. Call me a radical...

Call me a radical...
Oh, we can think of better names than that.
-
Who asked you, you tight-fisted git?
-
He could always try buying one, like I did. Call me a radical...
We do reserve the right as to who we sell to, Tarquin!
-
It should be "whom", but that's because of the second "to" and not the first.
-
Make that a tight-fisted pedantic git.
-
If Peepmaster had pointed that out in one of my posts, you wouldn't have called him a pedant; you'd have congratulated him. Why does everyone on this board pick on me? All girls together - that's what it is.
-
Tight-fisted, pedantic, paranoid git.
-
Well I'm definitely going to check my spelling before next insulting Mince.
I'm off to look up "inept buffoon".
-
Peepmaster, why does it say "Skirt Wearer" under your name? It's been there a few weeks now.

I've no idea. I expect it's been put there by what we in the trade call a twat.

8)

I bet you leave it there just to prove that it doesn't bother you and that you are above it all.
-
I hadn't noticed it to be honest. Such is the impact of your "wit".
-
Yes, I do apologise.
IMPORTANT: Please, everyone, continue not to notice that Peepmaster has "Skirt Wearer" under his name.
That should do it.
-
I thought that Peepmaster was perhaps wearing a Scottish kilt.

I thought that Peepmaster was perhaps wearing a Scottish kilt.
That's what I meant.
Gee, did I ever not hear the end of it!
-
Another thing we don't look at/care about is the "contribution" - now that Ground Beef has brought our attention to that side show, I would like to know how his contribution is so much more, and yet at the same time, so much less than everyone else's.
Any ideas? You don't think it is his phone number do you?
