Change of Fortunes?

Does anyone here think the appointment of Roy (after RDM), will see a change of fortunes for the Baggies?

It's a moot point, but in light of his failure to make an impression at LFC, I suspect the job will be even tougher at WBA, with winning the dressing room being his major challenge, even before an inflated bladder is kicked in anger. My guess is that the sack race clock is already ticking on this one, and it will prove to be a mistake by all parties.

I think "Boing! Boing! Baggies! Baggies!" is a better terrace song than "You'll Never Walk Alone" so Roy has definitely improved his musical surroundings.

It seems that Hodgson was up to no good at Liverpool - according to Radio Five, his time there ended in the sack.

I think Hodgson is a good manager, but at Liverpool, with its history and expectations you have to have a Liverpool mindset and Roy is better at a smaller club with an underdog tag.
I think he'll do ok there.
