I recently read "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy so don't mention post-apocalyptic, please.....the feeling of dust and desertion still with me!

I didn't take any of the arid mountains north of Lytton - they were cowboy cool - but the kids were sleeping then. Didn't take any of the Rocky Mountains either. I guess you take them for granted after hours and hours. :-)
